US Assure offered specialized insurance programs to a niche agent market for decades. AvreaFoster worked to mature the company’s newly independent brand and expand awareness.

US Assure had three decades of experience in offering builders risk and specialized insurance programs to insurance agents and their end business customers , under the Zurich brand. As they had recently positioned themselves as independent, the US Assure brand story was insufficient. How could their expertise be clearly positioned to audiences who wouldn’t recognize them outside of the Zurich umbrella? Improved brand architecture, as well as more sophisticated design and iconography around company offerings better aligned perceptions. We refocused messages from product features to the benefits of the company’s expertise. A robust internal brand launch and training sessions helped drive employee pride and understanding. This new platform increased awareness and built confidence with independent agents.
