Provista retained AvreaFoster to reposition into a supply chain management solutions provider, crafting an empowered story from its more tactical group purchasing roots.

While Provista had long served for-profit healthcare ventures as a group purchasing organization, it was maturing into a more consultative, expert provider of supply chain management solutions. AvreaFoster guided Provista through an 18-month transformation. We uncovered a vision for technology expertise and service leadership that had been hidden behind more tactical benefits. We built clear messaging structured to reach three core audiences as well as a more confident, polished brand look and feel that better reflected the brand rallying cry of “purchasing empowered.” Finally, we extended this approach across a new website, sales collateral, presentation materials and engaging marketing pieces to help propel Provista’s story to the next level.
