Discovering New Ways to Engage

AvreaFoster developed a multiphased marketing and social campaign that provided GHA a new way to increase online engagement with new and existing DISCOVERY members.

Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) is a worldwide network of independent luxury hotels and resorts sharing a common loyalty program called DISCOVERY. To celebrate DISCOVERY’s 10 millionth member, AvreaFoster created a multichannel social and marketing campaign to increase online engagement across 35 hotel brands. With more than 80 deliverables, the “10 in 10” campaign was GHA’s largest and most successful to date, resulting in a 214% increase in web traffic, 524% increase in Facebook traffic and a staggering 61,000% increase in Facebook engagement compared to the previous year. The promotion’s email campaign yielded nearly $240,000 in trackable revenue.
