Darren Avrea, Chairman/Executive Creative Director

As Chairman and Executive Creative Director at AvreaFoster, Darren’s role spans new business development, creative development, and overall agency management, and touches virtually every client. A specific focus in business development is identifying and pursuing partnerships relevant to AvreaFoster’s culture and competency. During his three decades in advertising, Darren previously served as president of another Dallas-based agency, leading the creative team as well as business development.
Darren holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dave Foster, President/Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Dave leads strategic direction for AvreaFoster clients, ensuring marketing strategy aligns with each client’s unique business challenge. He has extensive experience in numerous categories, from financial to hospitality, from technology to healthcare. Dave also leads the strategic direction and vision of the agency, taking an active role in financial stewardship, IT, organizational planning, and new business development. He founded the agency in 1991 with Darren Avrea.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.

Suzanne Miller, Vice President, Client Relationships

Suzanne oversees management of all AvreaFoster client relationships. She serves as a lead strategist for several clients, works diligently to forecast and plan revenues for the agency, and has been with AvreaFoster almost since its inception.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in business and fine arts from Vanderbilt University.

Nancy DeWitte, Group Creative Director

In Nancy’s role as Group Creative Director, she comes in contact with projects for every AvreaFoster client, oversees the quality for all creative projects and serves as lead creative representative for AvreaFoster — both as a designer and manager. She has 20 years of experience working for advertising agencies and design studios, including a position as the senior designer and project manager at an agency in Boston. While she is involved in the artistic guidance for every AvreaFoster client, she contributes significantly in leading the creative direction for Regus, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Alliance Data.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed additional course work at the University of Colorado at Denver, the Massachusetts College of Art and the Art Institute of Boston.

Lisa Goin, Creative Director

As Creative Director, Lisa draws on more than 20 years of advertising/design experience to help continually raise the bar on the creative work produced for AvreaFoster’s clients. Lisa serves as creative champion on many accounts, in industries ranging from technology to healthcare. Lisa previously served as design director for a communications agency in Los Angeles and as a graphic design and typography instructor at UCLA, where she earned the Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award. Lisa manages the creative team, providing invaluable mentorship for copywriters, editors, and art directors, while also acting as lead creative director on several accounts, including Expedia, Medical City, IBM, and Acosta.
She holds a bachelor of fine arts degree from Kansas City Art Institute.

Andrew Skola, Director, Client Relationships

Andrew provides strategic leadership for AvreaFoster clients, along with managing and mentoring the account service team. With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Andrew has worked on both the client side, for several organizations in Boston, and the agency side, as director of client services for a branding and design firm in New York City and a direct marketing firm in Dallas. Andrew leads the firm’s efforts to develop strategy and brand vision for a number of clients, including Regus, Acosta, Concentra, and Luma Vue.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in English from George Washington University and a master’s degree in American Studies from Purdue University.
